Seller - Typical: Completed the order on time.
Shipping - Just fine (Packaging left a little to be desired for protection to the enclosed, but they survived)
The Item(s) themselves overview - the 4 piece plastic WeatherTech Side Window Deflector installed pretty easily with 2 important things to note. The 'back' window components did not fit as perfectly against the contours of the window molding as the front did leaving some exposed surface that shouldn't be visible including some of the adhesive tape. The plastic is fragile so if you try to force it in there with a sturdy hand it can crack (mine did slightly when trying to force it into a tighter fit, but this remains unnoticed after installation thankfully on mine & yes I followed the instructions carefully). There are 2 little metal clips (black) that came with the parts and these sort of rest just below the back most surface of each of the rear window deflectors. They are intended to sort of hold it in place and/up so it doesn't come out of position. The angle at which the truck's factory window molding sits would leave the clips to scrape against the glass of the rear windows as they roll up/down if you follow the directions precisely. I took the liberty of using a small set of Needle-nose pliers and 'adjusting' the clips slightly (Bending the flare piece that extends from the part that clips onto the molding) and this made for a more excellent fit without any abrasion to the glass.
The front Deflectors - perfect went in as directed and without problems - took 30 seconds to install each and mostly that's because I don't have fingernails so peeling back the paper from the adhesive tape took a second or two :D
PROS - Looks Sharp & Fast, Easy to Install Components.
CONS - Rear Window Form Fit to Molding not perfect (on a 2009 Chevy Silverado LT1 1500 Extended Cab) and the installation clips for the rear windows needs to be bent slightly for a perfect fit to avoid damage to your windows when rolling up and down. Also Price - after installing these I was getting some other items from my local AutoZone and saw what appeared to be the exact same Deflectors for nearly half the price. (was a bit bummed there.)
*It should be mentioned I didn't contact the seller, so I'm not sure if they would have offered to replace the rear window deflectors for another pair, or if the clips come in another slightly different shape to fit the vehicle better, so that's my bad but I didn't feel like dorking with it.
But would I order them again? Absolutely, they serve their functional purpose well. (Slightly open Windows when it's cold out and hot in keeps the windows from foggin up - In rain or snow without anything coming inside.)
